the film can protect the headlamp from small stone or not? can we apply the film to the crack fog light?

Hi, the film can't apply on a crack fog light.
It's function to prevent scratches from small stone when driving.

for your choice can be taking light black or scrub black.
Scrub black is just like the grey colour.

scrub black looks blurry i want shiny reflection

easy to apply? will it leave any stain/dmg to headlamp after 1-2 years we remove it?

Yes easy to apply like in the installation guide.
It's encourage to change new paper once a year.
no stain or dmg will leave if you change within one year.
