This company is scamming people. They do take the money from the client to do the work but in the end, they didn't pay the promoters.

On June 2013, I applied a part time job from an email parttimeseeker12@gmail.com ( refer to this link: http://asiaparttime.com/2013/06/80-promote...girls-by-ks-88/ ). Few days later I received an offer letter to work at 2 Giant branches at Klang Valley area on Kinder Bueno project. Below is the offer letter, company name is Kinjio Northern Sdn Bhd



the person who i emailed, name KS with phone number 0162544380 said the payment will be done soon after I sent all the data that he need. But up until now ( september 2013), he didn't answer any of my text or my call. Total of 6 days working with RM80 per day still haven't pay by them to me. During my working as a promoter, i only met KS once during he gave me the promo bag to be given to the customer, the rest of it i need to handle myself. Even he told me to take pictures of myself serving the customer ( other promoters from other company required the supervisor themselves to come and take the worker's picture serving the customer ).

Maybe some are saying Kinjio Sdn Bhd and Kinjio Northen Sdn Bhd are different person, let me show you some proof that i have. Look at this facebook page:

The person, Jenn Loh likes the company Kinjio northern Sdn Bhd facebook. The same name with the person in my offer letter but in my offer letter the company name is Kinjio Northern Sdn Bhd. Since the company's name are almost the same too, no doubt they are the same person who scam the promoters.

Look at the comments below. Looks like many of us working as a promoter under KS been scammed. If you refer to the link i given up here ( the asiaparttime.com ), there are many supermarkets required a promoter, try to imagine one promoter they scam Rm480. We are working for free for them, but the client (in this case, Kinder Bueno ) paid them the payment and Kinjio didn't pay to us. Hope everyone is aware of this company.

To moderator of this forum max_cjs0101, i hope you can be the middleman for this issue. I hope by writing here, anyone that google search Kinjio Northern / parttimeseeker12@gmail.com / KS's phone number will lead to here. Don't let they scam people again.

We did made the payment for every jobs that we have done.
Before we start the job we have told every supervisors the payment will be out within 2 months.
We as agency just dealing with supervisors but not promoters and we have already issued the payment to supervisors so please follow up with your supervisor but not us.
We can't straight away deal with the promoters because we can't interrupt the payment deal between supervisors and promoters.
We do have the bank in slip as proof that we had issued to the supervisor.
We are not trying to push the responsibility but promoters get the payment late is the problem between promoters and supervisors but shouldn't skip the supervisor and blame to us agency.

For the Fisherman's Friend project that we have done last year the supervisor was ran away with the money.
After get know about this problem we have try our best to get promoters contact as much as we can through many ways because supervisor will never pass promoters details to agency.
However, we still make the payment AGAIN to the promoters.

So please understand our situation.
It is the supervisor problem.
We have paid but the supervisor makes the payment late so please don't say that we scamming people.
What we can do is give the supervisor a warning.
