I feel that lately my engine roar very loud but the car pickup decreased. I've FS installed but this is weird. Seem like something not right.

Hi guys, today just send my car to COE for complain.
1. Jerking at idling and slow speed. (flashed with new firmware for ECU/TCU, no more jerking) 2. Watermark inside headlamp. (change both with new unit) 3. Aircond driver side flip broken. (replaced with new unit) 4. Accelerate pedal kinda high. (slightly lowered down) 5. Sticky gear, very stiff when switch from L to D. (nothing can be done since all FLX same problem) |

QUOTE(dares @ Mar 29 2013, 11:03 PM) According to the manual / servis booklet, 3 years / 100k km is only for engine and gearbox. The rest suppose to be 1 year / 20k km with a few exceptions Hmmm.. Didn't realise that. Btw, they didn't mention about it and claimed for warranty easily. QUOTE(Noobdao @ Mar 30 2013, 12:26 PM) Ya, near the Shah Alam KESAS highway. |

Slow & silent tered..
Btw, any recommendation for window film tint? I feel the stock film getting worst in heat insulation. Wanna remove all of it and go for some budget film with good heat insulation. |

QUOTE(dares @ Apr 2 2013, 06:18 PM) Of course every tint shop will say that la. I see I see. Then shouldn't go for such thick film, I'm really worry bout the winding up and down my window later. Haha. BTW 8 mil is quite thick, might have trouble winding up or down your windows. QUOTE(davidke20 @ Apr 2 2013, 06:25 PM) Raytech is reliable, am a f***ing satisfied customer, despite haven't seen Sean himself. Puchong got RayTech shop also, across 101 mall oni. Testimonial from waipu, no longer feel skin pain, very comfortable and doesn't feel the car dark in the cabin. Just pure heat insulation. Another testimonial from colleague, at a hot afternoon we went for lunch at Penang between 12pm ~ 1pm, hottest 1 can imagine. After we got back into the car, she ask me whether got tint, ask price, ask where to do I'm thinking to do all 4 doors and front because most of the heat came from windscreen and all the heat absorb onto dashboard.Yeah, my office at Putra Heights mean nearby only, maybe can find one day go over to RayTech stop for installation. |

Damn, just settled all complain one shot when I go COE last week, but now another problem appear. When engage handbrake, the red handbrake light didn't lit. Have to disengage and engage few time only it lit up. Sigh...
Look like I need to make another appointment for complain, for handbrake light sensor, and also the ventilation valve where outside smell get inside easily (forget to mention during last complain). |

QUOTE(coolkwc @ Apr 4 2013, 02:58 PM) yeah, wanna take a ride with you if there's any chance for us QUOTE(dares @ Apr 4 2013, 03:34 PM) It's chemical that they spray from a can into your chassis hollow parts. After curing the foam hardens and stiffens your chassis. QUOTE(eqmal197 @ Apr 4 2013, 03:37 PM) it's not bitumen spray. it was a liquid so call polyurethane where Part A + Part B mix together and it will become foam. my company do use it for waterproofing purposed. wondering if i able to get it at supplier price, and DIY myself |
