Have any of you heard of HYDRAULIC? It's a simple physics that allow a smaller force(power source), PRESSURIZED a small piston, channel power source through UNCOMPRESS liquid to a bigger tube and multiply its pushing power via a bigger piston. Basically, your braking system is 1 of them. From your feet, hitting to the pedal, the pedal pushed on a small piston, and the small piston would pressurized a series of small tube with UNCOMPRESS liquid(known as brake fluid) to all 4 sides of your brakes.

QUOTE(billy520 @ Mar 28 2013, 01:48 PM) Put back the hose to your intake pipe and sell the filter to funker choy C2KBAS2005.![]() This poor baby doesn't have a PCV return outlet from the intake pipe, and that's why leaving the small useless filter there. Reason factory have that hose link back to your intake from the PCV has only 1 function, to constantly lubricate your throttlebody with blown air/oil mixture from rocker cover. Basically if your intake pipe has the return inlet, please use it. Otherwise, this rubbish filter is solely for cosmetic purposes. Other than that, you can have an oil catch can, hook the PCV outlet to the can, hook the small filter to the can outlet. ![]() Ask me again, even if I had to put on an oil catch can, I think I still prefer hook the hose back to intake pipe ![]() |

QUOTE(billy520 @ Mar 29 2013, 03:08 PM) so in order for me to put in use the small filter which i stupidly bought i should spend even more money and get an oil catch tank? Basically yes. Some OCT does not have the 3rd outlet for the small filter. You'll just have to sacrifies the intake pipe connection if you still wanna use the small filter.if i go get an oil catch tank, how should i attach it? from rocker cover/PVC to OCT and OCT to intake pipe? like this? Marvelous write up. Basically all the theory in vacuum reading you've nailed. Vacuum driving experience allowed 1 to drive with minimal data input/feedback from engine, still able to tell whether the engine is running lean/stoich/rich. Other than that, it can easily diagnose mechanical failure in the engine. jasonloh Vacuum reading is a reference point of COMPRESSION. When piston travelling down, and if throttlebody is shut, meaning vacuumized in between intake & piston wall are great. The only reason I rely on vacuum simply because ayam too old school. All my judgement are based on mechanical theory. I certainly can't be sure how much fuel being injected. So if 1 think vacuum is very hard to learn, get an OBD to read actual data from ECU is always more reliable as per coolkwc suggested. Don't forget, vacuum reading is also included in OBD reading. coolkwc Nobody said must change gear on uphill. However, there will be circumstances that downshift make better travelling speed rather than slow until engine dead. And all these also indicated on vacuum reading. There's no way 1 can do 10inhg with 5th gear @ NS Hiway going through Gua Tempurong. I know there are NOT direct link between vacuum & fuel injection rate, but vacuum is a reference point for a person do not have cc/min data. Ayam not saying u wrong, but vacuum meter can LINK to many valuable in/output if 1 know how to utilize it, and I do believe OBD reading will be way more accurate. |

QUOTE(jasonloh7906 @ Mar 29 2013, 11:05 PM) no worry. i can control by right foot which previously although I interested in ETC, I came to a conclusion that I don't need it. Jason, I can't explain by the book as I've got limitation in Engerish expression. I however managed to explained everything this morning with Ckdenion. You may organize a mini TT with him so he can tell you the stories about why vacuum is important. we can never achieve constant cc/min injection rate for our car. if yes, then it is super savev petrol car. hmm, normally I will let my car drop it speed but maintain the throttle lvl, but after a long time drive, it is really tiring. the same amount of throttle for me to maintain 110km/h will always make my car drop to 90km/h which it takes me lots of time to climb back to 110km/h with super light foot. hmm, I like analog since it look better. anyway, how's kelisa fc on highway? i know city fc is nice. I think the reason why vacuum reading is starting to be not directly affecting the car is bcoz of changing in tech. last time our car used very mechanical system. now a lot of things are too electronically control. by refering to vacuum reading, i can know if my car is losing compression. means if my car is not in good condition i will know. what else can i know from vacuum reading itself? I am interested in gauge just because I prefer something that is fixed to the car without the need for me to do something to read it. for example taking out my phone to connect obd to read. Since junior is having fever today, all my plans are ruined. I was just chatting with Luke at home and we're talking about why GaGa? So, here's the reason for WHY SHAWIE
Dashboard, firewall & floor sound proof Common aircon blower with SAGA FL. Only can fit 1 paper filter, unlike BLM can fit 2 paper filter. However, all Shawie and GaGa are commonly fitting 1 paper filter and 1 pollen filter, so there aren't much different on aircon flower fan speed. ![]() Full aircon control console with windscreen defog Auto timer demister 1 time auto switch off fog lamp Dashboard light dimmer(H-Line only) Heater(export version only) ![]() 15" alloy wheels by default ![]() 15" alloy wheels by default as well after facelift. 6 spoke wheels for easy maintenance. ![]() Even B-Line came with 14" steel wheel. ![]() Rear adjustable head rest ![]() Roll down hill still survive |
