as mentioned by cikgu Pendidikan Seni V12K last time at TT, GC is like highway, FS is like speed limit. so my opinion is VS is like traffic control.
If we have all 3 of this, sure have optimum performance. same thing like computer liao, to have good performance PC, need good spec for processor, RAM & hard-disk. |
