Yoobao 11200 is good, tested with 1A output (and 2A output as well for kicks), both shows 1A charging for SIII with SIII ori charger cable.

This is incorrect. For PC backup of SIII, you can use adb backup and restore. Software needed is just the Android SDK and of coz need skillz.

IMHO, it would be a help if you can sort of show or replicate the problem to the Samsung Service center staff. I had a post in the previous thread for my case where I got the motherboard replaced on that day itself. I wrote down in problem description that I had already flashed 4.0.4, 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 with no apps but freezing still happens (I also played with phone while waiting until it frozed and showed to the service center staff.)

Failing that, maybe you can take a video of the phone when it has (I don't know if it helps but someone on XDA had tried it and it succeeded for his case)

Download Galaxy Charging Current from XDA to check current_max.
It is very likely that your phone is still fine but what is defective is either (or maybe both)
1. charger wall plug
2. charger cable
You have to check with different cables or chargers. My advice is check cable first

Unfortunately the charger quality is really bad. My charger cable started giving problems also recently. Only charging with 100mA to 800mA with most times either 300mA or 400mA. I am now using a high quality Innergie retractable cable that charges fine at 1000mA with the original charger wall plug

I am also a user since end June 2012; cable gave problems about 2 weeks ago. And charger warranty I think is a max of 6months only or maybe less (3 months?)
