Tried stock frequency or OC @1.8GHz to no avail. Cleared Ram/off Wifi/etc and stopped background apps like Anti Virus, LBE Security Master and some other apps did no difference.

You bought new unit?  Only early batches last year were affected.
I think we expected this from you.  So what was S2's price last year at this time after S3 was announced?  SDS issue only affects early batches, and then it is only a small number of units, so I don't think price drop is caused by it.

thanks. well, i'm very new to android phone and i'm not really good in technology stuffs including computer. only know how to do office works or play games only. a little bit screwed up though. to be honest, i'm not sure at how much ram should a new phone be. i thought that at 600-700++ mb is quite high for a new phone i've just purchased last saturday :/
