Actually I did read somewhere that non-stock kernel might yield a low score. Maybe that's why

Was testing out just now, with a few cables and power sources (wall socket,PC,powerbank)

Wall Socket using Original Samsung charger
Ori Samsung USB cable: Max 1A
Ori old 5800XM usb cable: Max 1A
Generic and cheap short USB cable: Max 0.9A (Short because to pair with my power bank )

PC
Ori Samsung USB cable: Max 0.6A
Ori old 5800XM usb cable: Max 0.5A
Generic and cheap short USB cable: Max 0.5A

Power bank, output rated at 0.8A (Mipow 4000mAh)
Ori Samsung USB cable: Max 0.7A
Ori old 5800XM usb cable: Max 0.7A
Generic and cheap short USB cable: Max 0.7A

Arrrghh I got a powerbank expecting it to have 1A output but way short of it Maybe next time need to get a Yaobao or something

Yup, anyway I'm getting slightly different values right now, it might just be that the app is not exactly accurate or something

Now, this is getting weird, I just tried out Antutu just now and I got 17k+



But after that I tried Antutu again, it dropped back to 7-8k

Tried stock frequency or OC @1.8GHz to no avail. Cleared Ram/off Wifi/etc and stopped background apps like Anti Virus, LBE Security Master and some other apps did no difference.

Have you installed the Facebook Home launcher apk already? Need to update both official FB app and the messenger app..

No, you need Facebook Home to get the chat heads and also update both your Facebook and messenger app. After installing the Fb launcher, you can still use other launchers actually.

No ill-intent on my part. I personally tried it myself, updating both FB app and the messenger app and the chatheads didn't work. ONLY after I installed Facebook Home, then only the chat heads pop up. Anyway, seems like I'm wrong. My bad then.
