Am interested in getting a unit here, any owners willing to sell at a reasonable price? Saw postings online thus far going around 235-250k for the studio unit, perhaps direct deal we can come to a better price?

Well no harm in asking. Actually can't say no earnings at all, looking at the slow growth of the market and getting tied down to a commitment that will go up in value perhaps in 3-5 years or longer depending when the market stop being so saturated, it could be wise to free up cash/loan commitment so there are other places for them to invest.

So would not be a total lost per say in terms of time value of money. Understand where you are coming from though and appreciate the feedback
