Hi Cybersquare owners, I heard from a property agent that there are studio units asking price for rental only RM900! So low?

Yes tats true ,rm900 for studio units but only kitchen cabinet hood & hob plus aircond tats it.there is very basic unit.but some units do some Id on it still rent a higher price

Below rm 300k residential renting rm 1000 is already a Good price

Nowdays alot of non malaysian here .. the "study" room full of bunch ppl with noisy and no manner... the management also lazy here.. suggest tripple check before u stay here..

i have stayed at many condominiums and i can say the management in malaysia are pretty much the same. all lazy. really makes me scared to buy a apartment/condo in malaysia when people here have really bad attitudes or you must push them to get work done.
