just wondering hows things going for most of the cybersquare buyer currently,

after sign snp and loan approved i haven got my copy of snp after few months.

also i heard we have to pay for stamping fee now?

if i rmb correctly stamping fees are to be absorbed by developer as well. tats what my agent said
*
I was informed by SA that the snp stamping will be done in group and copies will be disseminated thereafter. also, to what I understand, buyer only needs to pay for loan stamping fee and not the snp stamping fee...

i was told the 5k only get during handover key, is it different case for different buyer?
*
Really? I was told very clearly the 5K will be refunded upon 1st draw down....There is suppose to be a letter from developer stating such but I have yet to receive it. However, I have seen this letter issued to others while at the lawyer firm...

hi, i'm new to this forum and i'm interested to get a unit of type B 775sqf soho, am wondering which tower gives the better view ? TOWER 1 OR TOWER 2? which block? I'm too faraway to go to the sales office at the moment.. any existing buyer here that can give me some information about this...many many thanks, would really appreciate some help here.
*
Basically, north facing high level units would have a good view of putrajaya lake (e.g. block A, B, D). Go to the website to look at siteplan for a better idea.

Target the larger unit for the extra carpark so I have a place to park  sweat.gif

MPS very efficient to fine cars, happened once ticket machine got no paper, after a friend paid nothing came out.

Called MPS to notify the machine out of paper and yet they saman anyway  vmad.gif
It's called a DMC for short, basically governs the management of common facilities, security and other shared areas.

Before signing check the document for any unfair clauses, refer to this article from HBA:

http://www.hba.org.my/articles/buyer_watch...ag/2004/dmc.htm

Just got my letter to collect S&P, will be at developers office this weekend  biggrin.gif

Oh simple better get the car-park before it sells out. CBJ is not like other towns PJ, Puchong etc condo residents can park all over the place.

MPS is very efficient at issuing summons, illegal parking by the roadside can be very costly for condo dwellers  sweat.gif

Thanks for the progress pics!  icon_rolleyes.gif

Received the letter from developer for 1st drawdown already but apparently the loan agreement is not ready by the lawyer yet! Due date for payment is 4 dec. I am giving the lawyer some pressures. I told them that I am not liable for any delay penalty. Anyone having similar situation?

Rental market i think its up and up in cyberjaya area.
Look at newly completed shaftbury square. Studio 463 sqft rental rate on last 3-4 month around rm1200-1400. This year already increase to rm1600-1800. Sharing is caring

rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif But how's the actual take up rate? Are there really so many people renting?
