There will never come a day where the market belongs to the buyer. It does not belong to individual vendors too as the market will always always belong to big time developers.
Prices of real properties will only increase or stay but never deceases unless the project you bought is really condemned to hell so if you find something affordable and seem like a good investment, dive right in before it's too late.
