Are you one of the owner. I'm considering to grab one unit 640k after rebate. But I'm planning to hold on for a bit to see maybe after VP those unsold unit got new promo. Like Ceria Condo under setia Haruman, recently launch new promo fully furnished.

But my wife, really what the next phase dual key unit. Such dilemma now.

The one I'm interested in is unit B1, yeah for Dual key is about that price but the design is not to my liking.

I had the same idea before, until I went and check out their showroom. Boy was i wrong. End up taking a unit 600K+
