I've got the invitation as well in Saturday. Since this is my first time, do I have to bring the bank statement? Pr1ma not mention it in txt msg, but in the letter got saying bring the statement. I do have maybank acc anyway.

There is not much choice for us anyway, personally I have waited almost 3 years already for pr1ma.

Bukit jalil n cyberjaya1 no luck. I don't think I can wait for another project (cyberjaya2 for instance). So I can't just turned down the lakefront.

Currently I'm renting at oug parklane phase 1. The traffic n no. of ppl staying there is not that bad actually, not feeling any overcrowded as what u think. Of coz I see quite a lot of PH in here but as long as they didn't cause any trouble for us, i'm fine with it.

2k unit in lakefront I think its pretty reasonable.

Buyers market? In dreams boleh lah bro. Lets say we wait another project (another 2-3 years perhaps), at that point of time do you think the price of houses will be much more affordable for us? Price being stagnant is possible, but lower than that? I really doubt that. Even studio already costs us more than 200k in kl/selangor area.

Keep in minds that there will be more young graduates/workforce interested to be in queue as well and our chances will be lower to be selected.
