this "lakefront cyberjaya", is it that lowcost prima housing? A few friends who's also into property investments says lakefront is lowcost/PPRT style which will be an extremely bad location due to.... well... pprt people...
asking because i got an invite, but i saw the prices 500-700k for such a low reputation residence and i'm thinking they're just scamming? |
