if I recall correctly, first launch was year 2013 and target completion on 2017...

but based on current progress, I doubt whether they able to VP first launch at 2017..

better to have dedicated parking bay instead of FCFS, otherwise will waste time to round and round to find empty slot...

Type F: dual key concept, 950sqft + 342sqft = 1292sqft

Type D: 950sqft. Same layout as type F.

Basically, type F is a type D unit with a studio attached to it. Can be used as one big unit or split in two (separate entrance, separate fuse box).

From memory, Type D is 460k facing north, and 495k-505k facing south (higher floor, higher price).

I'm getting a type F unit.
