I bought a unit in tower 3 last year October if not mistaken. At the time tower 4 was just launched and tower 3 was like 40% full. Well I guess the available units in tower 3 must be the lower floors or not really nice location. As for mine I did not want the unit facing tower 4 so I decided to buy the one facing tower 2 but corner unit on the 17th floor. So I have a view of pool and Setia Eco Glades.

Yup.. I guess people are riding on the lake view. lol. But for me not really worth the extra price to get that view.

Well even tower 1 and 2 I am sure have units available. But not ideal floor or location for many. When I was at the showroom the first time, I initially wanted the tower 2 - 1300 sqft units however all the nice units were sold out. That's why I chose type F unit in tower 3 after liking the concept as well.

At the time since tower 4 was just newly launched, it did not have much rebates compared to tower 3. So if I wanted to take a unit at high level and facing the lake cost more then 30k as I can recall.

Well that was not what I was told. Tower 3 came out first and after 2-3 weeks tower 4. When I was buying my unit, tower 4 was pretty much empty due to the less rebates.

No lah. If I can remember normally is 15% rebate. But I got 15+2% at that time cos got some event.

The unit I bought was type F, 1292 sf with dual key.

I bought Tower 3. Tower 4 is more expensive  because facing lakeview.

I think the price difference between Tower 3 and Tower 4 (facing lake unit) is more than 20k.

If not wrong, last time I checked the highest floor unit in Tower 3 (Type D - facing Tower 4) is 517k before discount, and middle floor unit in Tower 4 (Type D - facing lake) is around 580k before discount.

MCT told me the lake maintenance is not under them, it's under MP Sepang.
