shit...i was thinking the same...just got offer for lakefront after i turned down alam damai and cyberjaya 1. I wasn't selected through balloting for any of the projects..only received direct invitation from developer. with rumawip and selngorku pricing around RM200k-ish dunno should i wait or grab lol. seem like they desperate to sell.
