Hi AskarPerang, im a newbie here... been reading this thread and keen on bidding in this auction.. but not sure what to expect for any unforseen incidental costs... for this lakefront unit, can we make a direct transfer or we need to bear the cost for double transfer?... and do we need to apply for state consent if bought under the public auction...
