Whether we're a buyer, investor, seller or whoever we are, I think most importantly let's collectively lay out what are the pros and cons about this project in a faithful manner.

Then we shall leave it to the prospective buyers to decide.

As of now the SPA has not been signed. So buyers still have time to think.

In the case of IWK, I have called IWK HQ and a lady by the name of Sha has confirmed that the IWK Langat (UOLG) is Office and also Sewage Treatment Plant.

But I, myself drive everyday to work following the road in front of Lakefront and IWK, no smell whatsoever.

With the rapid rise in the population in that area, considering Cyberjaya Lakefront alone can have more than 22,000 people, I do think this is a valid concern.

The one near Angkasapuri in KL smells really bad... from IWK too if I'm not mistaken

Cos I've been hearing people going to choose the units since January this year.

And now already 4 months to April.

I think they wanna delay it for a while, because once we have signed the documents, the developer only has 3 years to complete it?

So if we signed now, and the project only to materialise in 2021, then the developer might face issues.

I'm not sure if this is true.

Please anyone with better knowledge to support or reject the notion.

To be honest, I think if it's not maintained by MCT, then the lake will be less of a value.

I'm not saying MP sepang is not good, don't get me wrong. Surely they'll maintain it. But with normal care and maintenance only.

But if MCT were to maintain it, it would have been much much better, for sure.

This is particularly important because with PR1MA also building there, there'll be tens of thousands of people utilising the lake.

So maintenance must be stepped up.
