In the case of IWK, I have called IWK HQ and a lady by the name of Sha has confirmed that the IWK Langat (UOLG) is Office and also Sewage Treatment Plant.

But I, myself drive everyday to work following the road in front of Lakefront and IWK, no smell whatsoever.

sewage problem more than just smell, although no smell, its eye sore for the view and also the air borne diseases cant guarantee on this... btw i have one unit facing the sewage... >.<

no worry, it's not game over yet. pr1ma cyberjaya 1 only with 325 units, but it's have around 10 batches people in waiting list backup for those buyer who being loan reject or give up. and this project have 2000unit, the chances is high! and i think this project not a "hot cake" compare to others pr1ma project. wait for surprise in your mailbox maybe 1 day! good luck bro~

Bukit jalil n cyberjaya1 no luck. I don't think I can wait for another project (cyberjaya2 for instance). So I can't just turned down the lakefront.

Currently I'm renting at oug parklane phase 1. The traffic n no. of ppl staying there is not that bad actually, not feeling any overcrowded as what u think. Of coz I see quite a lot of PH in here but as long as they didn't cause any trouble for us, i'm fine with it.

2k unit in lakefront I think its pretty reasonable.

Yes. I too was told by MCT that they are not responsible for the lake and its surroundings. Then I hope MP Sepang will do a good job.
