This project is probably one of the more low profile ones in Cyberjaya, or maybe just low profile among forumers here I guess, Ha ha ha... Anyway, I think the 500psf is probably for the new tower already, the first tower buyers got it for cheaper with more freebies.

4.5 years construction period is ok (if got DIBS) coz I believe that's about the time it may take to see what kind of township Cyberjaya will shape in to

Went to see this project at One City.

Wow the density is amazing, however, price wise is one of the more affordable in terms of psf in Cyber.

Ha ha, ya, the density is amazing, huh? Hopefully the area is big enough. The one thing that works for me is that there are only 8 units per floor so in that sense it's not too overwhelming

Not only most affordable psf in Cyberjaya but for me I think most value-for-money too.

Hi guys, to share the latest info I got from MCT sales guy.
Tower 2, $696k for 1323 sq ft.
Booking fee $10k, after sign S&P to pay $10k.
Get refund $20k after CF.
Progress interest to claim from MCT (DISS_developer interest saving scheme)
MCT absorb downpayent of 15%, so bank loan is 85% at $592k.
Other fees absorb by MCT too, except MOT fee.
Free 5 nos of aircond, 2 nos water heater, kitchen cabinet with Hood+Hob, 1 wardrobe for master B/room.
Free 2 parking lot, maintenance fee at 20cents/sq ft.
