After discount, mine worked out to be about 416 per square feet, so additional 25 would make it about 441 per square feet... So if they have a 1,100 sq ft unit for Tower 2 then is around RM485k, which sounds pretty attractive to first time buyers who are looking at that area...

No la bro, it's not a show-unit. Just sales office. My mistake - I noticed how it's misleading, hehehe... They said will be building a show unit at site but dunno when complete..

This project is probably one of the more low profile ones in Cyberjaya, or maybe just low profile among forumers here I guess, Ha ha ha... Anyway, I think the 500psf is probably for the new tower already, the first tower buyers got it for cheaper with more freebies.

4.5 years construction period is ok (if got DIBS) coz I believe that's about the time it may take to see what kind of township Cyberjaya will shape in to smile.gif

Ha ha, ya, the density is amazing, huh? Hopefully the area is big enough. The one thing that works for me is that there are only 8 units per floor so in that sense it's not too overwhelming smile.gif

Not only most affordable psf in Cyberjaya but for me I think most value-for-money too. smile.gif

I think it is still one of the more affordable and value for money projects in Cyberjaya. Whether or not it's worth to buy depends on the individual I guess. I think if you are looking for the sole purpose of just investment, then maybe there are more affordable, smaller and more strategically located projects (near the CBD or universities). Also many people have voiced out their concern of the high density of this project so it really depends if you like the concept or not.
