This project is probably one of the more low profile ones in Cyberjaya, or maybe just low profile among forumers here I guess, Ha ha ha... Anyway, I think the 500psf is probably for the new tower already, the first tower buyers got it for cheaper with more freebies.
4.5 years construction period is ok (if got DIBS) coz I believe that's about the time it may take to see what kind of township Cyberjaya will shape in to |
