this "lakefront cyberjaya", is it that lowcost prima housing? A few friends who's also into property investments says lakefront is lowcost/PPRT style which will be an extremely bad location due to.... well... pprt people...

There is lakefront residence, lakefront homes and lakefront prima. Perhaps your friend is talking about lakefront Prima

There's 4 different projects under the Lakefront umbrella: lakefront villa, lakefront residence, lakefront home and lakefront pr1ma. Ranges from 3+ million to ~275k. The 500-700k ones are Lakefront Residence: it's the high(er) end condo offering. There's a lake between villa/residence and home/pr1ma.

oh my... what a misconception and generalization that i notice from my few friends.. Indeed they are all talking about "Pr1ma" budget housing, and when they hear lakefront = prima/pprt level.
