For me, as an early bird adopter who signed the S&P even before the show house was built, MCT has delivered what they said the would so far, crucially being the building of the Chinese school. There have been some adjustments to the unit sizes in Towers C and D respectively, but I don't see it as a con job, more like an adjustment to current economic conditions. It's too early to judge if they are a con job or not for now, so I wouldn't draw that conclusion just yet.

In the grand scheme of things, the price per square feet is still OK if you benchmark it against other projects within the outskirts of the Klang Valley. In the end it comes back to what you are looking for and what you can afford.
