was about to transfer my NCB/NCD from 1st car to 2nd car.
from my SA, i had to withdraw out my NCB/NCD and get the certificate to him, and start from 0% again for the 1st car.
my 1st car was insured by Allianz. for me to withdraw out d certificate, can it be done in any branches or necessary in HQ?
appreciate for the helpful hands
Same insurer or different ? Depends your SA wants to help or not, even if it is different insurer.
Request NCD cert/letter from any branch will do. Fast will be same day/time. Slow will be several days, even in current computerised world.

Hi, I also want to ask regarding NCB.
Let say if I want to sell my current car this month (NCB 55%, if i not mistaken), then i plan to buy new car next year, am i still illegible to get the NCB?
After sell your car, assume if have left-over insured months, you can cancel your policy to get back some money. At the same time, request for your NCD letter/cert.
Remember bring your original (snail-mail) policy schedule for cancellation.
If you do not apply to another car, every year the NCD will drop one level. By 5th year, you will be back to 0% NCD.
