You should try fixing your own tiles.....last time, the tiles in one of my house broken...i call people to fix, those buggers always FFK me until i tulan,....then i break the tiles and DIY myself...kaw-tim. Not that difficult, but of course, mine is repair, not start from sratch, which will probably be harder to get it even and flat.
