Getting Started

I'm going to take protein powder soon, just wandering if we can change the brand protein powder.
Lets say this month I'm using Syntha-6 then next month I change it to Optimum Nutrition 100% whey then next month change to another one. Will this cause any problem ?

Lets say this month I'm using Syntha-6 then next month I change it to Optimum Nutrition 100% whey then next month change to another one. Will this cause any problem ? syntha-6 is a protein blend. 100% whey is only whey which give u instant protein to fuel your muscles. protein blend = whey(fast release) + casein(slow release) + etc etc yes it will cause u problem. the problem is your muscle will not get instant fuel with syntha-6 i think my reply here is the best temporarily.. TS is just confused what is what and what is not what.. lol This post has been edited by law1777: Mar 17 2013, 02:31 PM

Whey can be used prebedtime if added with fiber or peanut butter or milk to slow down the digestion, etc. Supplement companies want you to believe you must buy a powder for every situation. Don't fall into the trap.
