My city is bugged. Or rather, the mega tower. Every mid level residential will shows good progress upon saving, but next load will suddenly be red and says population only 6 people.

This happens all the time.

w/o complete only don't have the amusement park and airship. I think still can live with it. CoT is one of the major DLC to get since Megatower can cram people by going to z-axis instead of x or y.

I haven't tried OmegaCo yet (though I've bought CoT a long time ago).

The amusement park is just another method of making money via Culture (you'll probably make like 200k+ per day if you put all of the rides, which is approximately what you gain by putting the max numbers of landmarks).

The airship is kinda like airport, but now it lets your neighbour to commute via airship instead of cars/buses/trains.

last month have sales 50% for complete edition.. sigh should have bought it then.

just buy basic + digital deluxe upgrade. should be enough for you to play around. heck, even the base alone is enough (ask Emino, we only recently manage to poison him to buy CoT )

i thought this bug had disappeared a long time ago. Probably your map isn't properly synced with the server.

Crap...happened on me as well... Sometime when number filled up then suddenly lost into near empty. I noticed because my net profit suddenly dropped and profit from megatower drastically dropped.
