Judges:
1. Haruhi: Behold the Commander of the SOS Brigade! Be honoured that you're being judged by me!
2. Nagato: (busy reading)
3. Mikuru: There's so many interesting activities with the brigade. I'll do my best!
4. Koizumi: It's an honour being here. As the vice-commander of the brigade, I'll do my best so as not to let Suzumiya-san, who appointed me, disappointed.

Haruhi on:
1. Tsuruya-san: 8 - I get along so well with Tsuruya-san! I had wanted to invite her to the SOS Brigade, but she seems preoccupied then, such a pity!
2. Asakura: 5 - She disappeared all of a sudden. Something strange must be happening! Kyon! We're flying to Canada right away!
3. Computer Club Prez: 3 - The computer is the property of the SOS Brigade! I won't allow any dissent!
4. Kyon: 0 - I...I have nothing to say about Kyon! W...what are you looking at me like that for? (Are you sure that's a 10 and not a 0, Haruhi? )

Nagato on:
1. Tsuruya-san: 5 - Character which conveniently appears constantly...A bit close with her.
2. Asakura: 3 - The Integrated Data Sentient Entity originally sent her to assist me, but she was a radical interface...
3. Computer Club Prez: 7 - Lets me improve the programme on "The Day of Sagitarrius 3", never talked to him.
4. Kyon: 8 - Only person capable of controlling Suzumiya Haruhi, that's why......

Mikuru on:
1. Tsuruya-san: 9 - An important friend I met in this time plane. A very helpful and kind person. Though time to time I felt like telling her my real identity.
2. Asakura: 5 - Umm......I don't know this person.
3. Computer Club Prez: 1 - YAAAHHH!!!!! (Mikuru-chan was being polite in giving this pathetic moron a 1 instead of a 0. )
4. Kyon: 8 - Kyon-kun has always been kind to me. Someday I must repay him.

Koizumi on:
1. Tsuruya-san: 6 - Tsuruya-san's always been a great help to my "Organization", almost like a patron. I don't dislike her at all. (Grins)
2. Asakura: 5 - From the same group as Nagato-san. Yet her social skills far surpass that of Nagato-san's.
3. Computer Club Prez: 5 - After supplying us with the desktop PC in spring, he gracefully gifted us 4 notebook PCs as well. I am thankful for his generosity. (Grins)
4. Kyon: 10 - Heh heh heh......I've been trying to lure him into my charm, though he only sees me as a friend. Someday, Kyon-kun's body will be mine...... (This WTF remark really puts an end to any debate about Koizumi's sexuality. )

Part 2:
Chosen candidates:
1. Haruhi: This time it's my turn! Kyon, you'd better rate me highly, or you'll face the consequences!
2. Mikuru: W...why am I being rated for?
3. Nagato: ......Understood
4. Alternate Nagato: Since it's your wish......

Judges:
1. Kyon: Oh boy. That idiot Haruhi's at it again. I'm just gonna rate Asahina-san and ignore the rest.
2. Taniguchi: The SOS Brigade sure has some amazing girls. Now behold my amazing girl-observation skills!
3. Kunikida: I don't know how they'll appreciate my ratings, but from the look of Suzumiya-san's eyes, it's safe to give them some decent points.
4. Koizumi: I'm not confident I can make out any ratings here. But since Suzumiya-san nominated me as her vice-commander, I'll do my best.

Kyon on:
1. Haruhi: 4 - Haruhi huh? She's good at nearly everything, yet it's always me that has to pick up the mess. I'm really tired of it.
2. Mikuru: 10 - Ah~~~ The only goddess that could ease all my troubles! (This rating is expected from Kyon. )
3. Nagato: 8 - Nagato has always saved us from trouble everytime. Always involved in the SOS Brigade's activities without a word of complaint.
4. Alternate Nagato: 7 - Ah~well, she's cute, no? I've got nothing else to say. This Nagato isn't too bad, yet I prefer the normal Nagato better.

Taniguchi on:
1. Haruhi: 7 - Well she's got pretty good looks. Yet besides her good looks and talent at almost anything, her behaviour is a different story. So she gets a 7 from me.
2. Mikuru: 10 - AAAAHHHHHHH~~~!!! The school's idol! This A-class beauty makes everyone bow before her! Next year I'll definitely get her Valentine's Day chocolate!
3. Nagato: 10 - Shooting Star A-!!! While Asahina-san's amazingly cute, Nagato's a stunning beauty in her own right. Come to think of it, how come all the cute girls are gathered in the SOS Brigade?
4. Alternate Nagato: 10 - WHOA! This is great! This Nagato is blushing! Her charm's definitely increased.

(So...which girl deserves a 10, Taniguchi?)

Kunikida on:
1. Haruhi: 6 - Not much opinion about her......though she seems like a bright student most of the time.
2. Mikuru: 6 - Her maid cosplay in the school festival is great. Not sure if I can ever date her though......
3. Yuki: 7 - I always wonder what book she's reading. Lately I noticed she's been opening up a bit to Kyon, wonder what happened to her?
4. Alternate Yuki: 7 - Somehow she seems different from the usual Nagato-san. But isn't this a good thing?

Koizumi on:
1. Haruhi: 0 - Suzumiya-san's energeticness and her ability to make reality bend to her will far exceeds our expectations. Though she may be destined to be with him, I won't give up on Kyon-kun just yet. (Grins)
2. Mikuru: 0 - An adorable beautiful girl. Her charm is just illuminating. ......But, in the end, Kyon-kun is mine. (Grins)
3. Nagato: 0 - She's like the real mover and shaker in the SOS Brigade. I even made a promise that I might betray my organization just to help her. ......Lately she's been getting closer and closer to Kyon-kun, no?
4. Alternate Nagato: 9 - Heh heh heh......So this is the other appearance that Nagato-san wishes herself to be in huh? Since this Nagato-san won't be of much help to Kyon-kun, so I'm not worried about her being a rival.
