nothing either. As the anime skipped many chapters, watching it according to the real episode won't do much, except for chapter 1-7 of volume 1

nah, it has no meaning what so ever, as it's just episode as it shown. teh real one is from haruhi, episode according to storyline.
Expect confusion if season 2 does air as clashes from dropped chapters will occur.
EG: the whole volume 2 is skipped in season 1 thus we might need to rearrange season 2 to accomodate that
