Hi guys, just came across this while i was researching about GE. I am a fresh graduate here, just started working in another company a month ago, so just want to ask whether
1) how is the working culture in GE?
2) average salary for freshie?
3) i noticed the leadership/management programs for freshies, what is it about? (rotation how after how many months, etc)
