How much Proton charge for the reverse camera and reverse sensor? Thinking of getting the Proton original installed on the standard version

Sorry to say sometimes Proton salesman is plain stupid or think we are stupid. Yesterday I went to one showroom for fun. Asked the salesman if there is any promotion and he said no discount. Showing my face how desperate I wanted Exora, then he said RM1, 000 discount from his own pocket but need pay booking fee RM1,000.

When I show him PE website asking explanation, he kept quiet. I just walk out shaking head.

Another inconsistency, compare Bold price from the web link with price list given by SA. After discount more expensive than no discount?

Isn't delivery time is 1 week from loan approval? Don't think there is no stock story unless the SA playing drama again.

Today I had the bank approved my loan (PBB @ 2.82%). The bank said recently most bank started to increase the interest rate.

I booked Bold CFE Premium. Understood it is already tinted. I decided to apply better security film, do you suggest I remove the original or just add another layer on top of it?

I worried the tint may not last long (bubbles) if apply another layer to the original tint.

The factory installed tint good? I more worried it will grow bubbles and spoil the add-on film later. Rather remove it now if it is not good.

Tentative will get car by next Tues/Wed, only if the salesman did not sales talk me!

Got my EB Premium 3 days ago, it came with door visor and steel rim (black color)

Further tested my drive with 6 adults (lightest is around 60kg while the heaviest is around 100kg). They are owners of BMW, Merz, Livina and 4x4 pick-up.

First impression and comment from them
- are you sure this is RM80k?
- very spacious
- good aircon with individual vents
- got DVD player also?
- suspension very good as we went thru lots of speed-bump in carpark
- very good price

Anyone got any idea how can I reinstall Proton Lakatoo A1000HD using Papago?

I mean replace the software using Papago x8.5

Managed to add Papago into internal memory on my A1000HD , now the GPS can run on Papago or Lakatoo. Researching to add Garmin too.

So far so good, still got remaining 2GB.

Reaching 1000km at 13 days, sending service tomorrow.

1st tank @ 50l clocked 330km
2nd tank @ 50l clocked 460km

Both left 1 bar (average remaining 70km) before refuelling.

80% city use without passenger
20% weekend use smoother traffic with 6 persons in car

I was driving in an extreme dark places 2 days ago. Wanted switch to high beam mode but can't find it anywhere. Other car is usually push the lever, can't get it on my EB. Only can do high beam pass by pulling the lever.

My EB at almist 3k mileage now. Whenever after rain, I hear squeaking sound and I guess is from the back tire. Sound is louder for 2-3 seconds after I step brake when is wet, everything is fine when is dry. Any idea what's wrong?

Possible as I noticed there is rust stain on right side front and rear disc brake. Clean on left side. Why?
