Damn right..they are treating us the common people like shit. yes we get what we pay for but do we deserve such quality car and lousy customer service.

I am not a proton basher. i still own a wira and it has served me well during the warranty period. but the EB is new experiencec to me

We as Malaysian would like to support as what brother Najib said but at some point the mother f***er has to also improve.

Yes other car also got problem but your type of problem is unacceptable. Yes you can claim but think of the time and hardship that you has to experience. just frustrated.

If you know any DRB or Proton bosses out there, please convey my message to them.

yes part of daily live cycle. Shit happened. but you have to prevent from happening.

they have another parking at the back for car which has been repaired and waiting for pickup. this parking is not accessible to other customer that doing normal service. why this area was not use when it is empty.

Pls send your car there and let me know when so that i can hit your car and see how you feel about it.

You must be working for proton excellence center right.

I am with you. Suffered the same things. Aircond thermo amp problem. Got to go 3 times before SC agreed to replace. And 3 times need to take annual leave coz they can only accept claim on weekday. Imagine this is the main SC center of excellence so called.
Others defect are headlamp water ingress, back light LED module problem, driver seat making noise. Rattle sound at dash. Aircond belt noisy.

What can I say is welcome to the club.

Yes some people will said all car got problem. Ever H and T also got what.

Yes but after repeated complaint and several annual leave.
Forgot to mentioned steering rack also.
