How to put a programme in startup?, I wan to activate antivirus at startup

Hi,
May i know how to put antivirus at startup? I have activate that function in the antivirus programme. But, it still wouldn't startup once the windows is loaded. Need to activate it manually. Is there any way to activate it? by key in registry? or use other easy method? |

i got main antivirus Avast!. So, i want activate my second antivirus which is AVG.

just for more protection...when i activate those both antivirus, they all work well..Any recomendation?

Any recomendation for good antivirus? I have uninstall AVG now, and only use Avast! now...
