but no more available reputable big name managers already lor, since Chelsea has used up a very large number of good coaches... who else is available? Mancini? Capello?

Definitely a big NO for MANCINI, all he do is blaming everything and everyone but himself.

Why Fernando Torres is worth more than £50m ?? MUST SEE >>
With Torres' goals:

There is also other possibility that if TORRES is not here we will have a better striker, which we might be BPL champion and UCL champion instead of 3rd place and EL champion. Not to take away his contribution to the team and also his recent form have been good, and hope his EL final goal will make him more confidence because finally he feel like really contributed and winning a cup instead of as passenger like last year and most of the time at SPAIN team. But base on price tag, he is still far from being a 50m striker and if JM come, i am pretty sure he will be benched, unless he improve further. As i think JM prefer more all rounder striker with BA and LUKAKU a better choice.

it is just me or Ba has gone downhill and has been under par since his move from newcastle

He hasnt been scoring many goal and RAFA rotation policy did not help much either but his touches are still there, he score some fantastic goal for us just like when he is at NEWC and his off the ball movement definitely better than TORRES. I would say both of them still not able to make the striker position their own, if LUKAKU do stay with us next season then it will be an interesting 3 way fight. But i still hope the new manager can decide the first choice striker a soon as possible, else if keep rotating will somehow affect the player form and teamwork.

And my thought on RAFA rotation policy, in long term i think is good especially for a team like us which have a lot of youngster as it gives everyone chance to play and develop. But it makes winning the league difficult as too much rotation means fielding weaker team and dropping point in the season, but winning cup is still possible.

If we want to win the league, we need to find the best first eleven and make them the core of the team, max 1 or 2 changes for rotation, always have 80% core player in every game so the teamwork and play style will remain same, instead of RAFA 3 to 4 player rotation that end up no teamwork or playing different style and clueless football.

i hope that mour can bring the best out of torres .
I feel the locker room is good with this bunch of players now,
if by adding some prolific or star players I am afraid that things would not work well.

And I have faith that Torres has more to offer and it can be done under the special one tongue.gif

base on JM past record, TORRES will never be his first choice striker, JM prefer a more all rounded striker that can offer more to the team play beside just scoring goal. DROGBA over SHEVA, BENZEMA over HIGUIAN although HIGUIAN was such a good finisher but BENZEMA are more all rounder that can create assist, at INTER not much choice as ETO was operating at the flank, MARIO was young and dont have good work rate, naturally is MILITO which also a very prolific scorer. I would see BA and LUKAKU infront of TORRES in the picking order and both of them will have higher chances to improve their game than TORRES.

2 goalkeeper gone, Courtois coming back?? tongue.gif

Interesting to see which keeper is coming, i wouldnt want COURTOIS back, staying at A.MADRID will serve his development better. Sign J.CESAR for our backup ? BRAZIL first choice keeper yo.
