how was it if compared to his liverpool times?

he scored 20+ goals in a season just in EPL isnt it?

liverpool got gerrad and xabi alonso.
chelsea dun have that type of player to complement Torres playing style.

Just checked on ESPN FC, Torres goal scoring during his Liverpool time is slightly higher...averaging 12-13 goals per season in the Premiership.

10/11 Liverpool Prem Goals 9
09/10 Liverpool Prem Goals 18
08/09 Liverpool Prem Goals 14
07/08 Liverpool Prem Goals 24

Somehow I think he's getting there....

Do note that the great Drog also didn't hit his targets as much in few of the seasons, so I guess it's normal. Drogba always delivered when it matters most, the same can be said for Torres now, right?

oh yes, another important point, Lukaku scored hat-trick against MU. This is something that we must take serious.

Thank you lads for the win last night... we are in the Champions League again next season... Yay!!!

Torres scored again! Must be those new Predator boots he wore last night... Mata and Oscar is wearing the same boots too...

Nathan Ake seems promising... what a performance from a young lad... he can fill that Makalele role nicely....

Thank you Rafa for the nice touch for Ferreira to come out one last time.... sad to see him go.... he had been such a good and loyal servant of the club....

Now, who will be the next manager in charge... finally #rafaout... but we chelsea fans will remember what you did for us. Thank you...

for once, i would like to have torres stay with us. i think he is a good team player and the synchronization he showed when paired with our magical mazacar is getting better. i just hope he is ok to sit at the bench and let lukaku have the game he deserved. that lad just got a hatrick against man utd! and lukaku will be a lot deadly when mazacar is supporting him.
