If you are Whatsapp user then better find a new android or ios smartphones now. Whatsapp will stop supporting blackberry at the end of this year 2016.

Hi guys, i have a Z10 and left it unused for more than 6 months. recently i took it out to charge but it seems to be stucked in a boot loop and when i plugged it to a charger it will show a red light. Is there any way i can reboot the device it seems ok but just cant be turn on.

bad battery? the latest update or two can cause it, same happened to me. A clean reinstall may alleviate (do not perform full backup though) the issue, but let me emphasize, MAY. It works on some, and doesn't work on some.
