Manutdgiggs boss do u mean buying apartment shop nearer to city better than buying shopoffice in outskirt area? Please share more of urs experience in west bolehland as I m from east bolehland .

Manutdgiggs boss thanks for sharing so much, I am from east bolehland controlled by white hair, most of the property here onli have 60 yrs lease , old property left only 40 yrs lease that is why keep thinking of moving my assets to west bolehland but west bolehland so big dont know where to buy .like apartment shop we dont have it here so I m not familiar with this type of property.i guess rental here
also lower eg.3 sty shophouse cost 1.6m rent only 5k.
