agree to disagree.while am not a fan of high end props myself, i feel the danger of medium end posing as high end is scarier.
those 400k masquerading as 700k launches.
if based on your logics, dpc would be highly speculated. but somehow, i observe dpc as mainly own stay dwellers.
however, other areas does carry your points. but again, i must stress that these purchasers are buying for a whole lot of different reasons with speculations being just one of them.
