QUOTE(InF.anime @ May 13 2013, 02:48 PM) still landed in KV won't drop? Depends on location. I am familiar with Subang Jaya. In my experience living there for more than 20 years, nope, the price there have not dropped. Stagnate yes, drop no. Not even during the 97 crisis.

2008-2010 - Property price rose sharply 2011-2012 - Rose very little 2012-2013 - Stagnant This is just a normal cycle of a bubble. On every type of bubble, there would be a period of stagnant. We are now at the stagnant level.. We are at the top and edge of a cliff. It's just a matter of time, a gentle push will occur and gravity will do its job.

QUOTE(zuiko407 @ May 13 2013, 06:43 PM) That's sound scary, btw we need more downcamp like u to debate, topic running slow now scary for UP camp. Example. Mr X: Bought a 500k property in 2011. 2013 the price still the same. Mr Y: Invest 500k on stock in 2011. 2013 KLSE rose 10% + dividends. This is just an example on what stagnant really mean for property investor...

QUOTE(zuiko407 @ May 13 2013, 05:20 PM) Generally overall price is sustainable, many people don't accept the reality since 2010, and now they're hiding themselves 2008 - 2012 trend is for sure as the price still affordable with government to loosen the loan limit, are you sure the nation household can continue up up up to match with the property? The future I can predict is all the nation income are coming from construction, which is local demand to generate local jobs for the local, low export. So, the house price will rise to pay those worker and it will keep up........... and This post has been edited by Steven83: May 13 2013, 08:17 PM
