Try Thailand.
I heard nose job is around 6000 baht only. And from what my local Thai friends tell me, almost everyone in Bangkok has their nose done.

I got a friend that done her eye lid job at Thailand. Cost around RM600 only. But a bit disappointed because it looks really obvious that she got the ps on the eyes. I think better do more research before you decide to have it at Thailand.although the price wise is cheaper but safety and the work count as well. Korea definitely the best choice as one of colleague had a total overdone from face to boobs and it was a real success.looks very natural and sexy. But the price wise hmm...costs a bomb. She spent total 50k. That doesn't include hotel stay and etc. so you go girl, research first then go for it if you really want. thumbup.gif

Always think twice or thrice before embarking on plastic surgery

it is almost always permanent.

Depending on the area/part, some times a non surgical approach is always better. Hyaluronic injections help to promote collagen growth and with time, you look even younger

depends what you inject. Nowadays, high quality hyaluronic acid is all natural, non animal, and perfectly safe.

If you skimp and go for cheap products, there is a risk of getting silicones instead. just beware and always ask what is being injected.

I swear by hyaluronic fillers and they have never failed me wink.gif

Some brands you can look at are Juvederm and Restylane

Again, not exactly true.

Yes it will dissolve after 9-12 months but not everything disappears. A top up normally doesn't need to be a lot but it depends whether you want it even higher (in nose cases) or just a slight top up.

But the main point is with fillers, they look absolutely natural and they are not permanent. However, they stimulate collagen and in the end after a few years you end up looking younger instead of older.

The more You inject, the less you will need every top up, and you can enhance other parts of your face eg: cheeks, temples, lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, etc...

Why skimp on quality? Looking for a deal for medical procedures is akin to looking for mediocore service and results.

Definitely Thailand. It is much cheaper. The main thing is that you must research well before choosing a doctor. Find people who have been for a procedure there and if you see that they look good, contact those doctors for a quote.

korea enlarge boobs only may cost how much ya?
does it depends on the size of what size boobs do we want too?

i really want a breast enlargement!! it's been my dream. wanted to do research but those in the internet is so limited, and sometimes may be biased to the clinic. so it's dfficult to research sad.gif

also they don't specify price, and help to estimate how much hydraulic acid we need etc...so it's so hard to actually execute it.

But the thing is do you have any connections in Korea? I mean some good fren who can introduce you to some good trustable clinic/hospital? Trust me, but you'll encounter some language barriers.. and what about after the surgery? you will need to visit the clinic again for some 'readjustment' or some fixing..
My friend did her laser eye surgery in Korea and she can speak perfect Korean but still during the surgery, she got scolded by the doctor for not doing properly what he instructed her to do.

So far as I know, the cost for some good and plastic surgery in Korea can be very expensive though its common in Korea..

There won't be any follow up when you get things done in Korea. I have friends and patients who mostly regret doing plastic surgery. Yes it's permanent, and that is why when you age, those permanent implants will start to show.

As always try to go non invasive, before u go for the extreme.

Please consider the reasons why you're even thinking about it in the first place. You might find that your reasons are trivial to begin with and there's no reason to do it.

Unless you have truly strong and very reasonable reasons for doing so (e.g. face disfigured due to accident, etc.), by all means, go ahead. I do not think trying out for a stewardess job would require you to go so far. Might as well use the money to reward yourself with something good.

But hey, that's just my 2 cents. Choice is yours. smile.gif

Plastic Surgery is way beyond physical correction now, it is more for physical perfection to achieve desired looks or shape. Of course, it has its Pros and Cons.

My take is always good to try non-intrusive natural remedy. There are plenty of natural products that helps to improve every aspect of a lady's beauty and personal care.

Hi, suggest you go BK hospital at Korea.

btw, injection really not a good choice.
When you stop inject when the things absorbed then you may have some bump and look ugly. This is due to product will nvr absorb evenly.

means if you did a chin implant, or a nose implant, as you age, other parts sag and age too. you still need to maintain with fillers, laser so that your face will still produce collagen and slow down ageing.

This is why in the US, most people are going for non-permanent.

I ever had a flat nose, it made me feel anxious. I should get up early and make up for a long time before, it is let me crazy and waste lot of time.
I searched lots of information from the Internet, and sent a lot of mails to the clinics and the doctors. Finally I went to Taiwan to get this surgery at Fabulous. Because the doctor Chiu gave me lot of information about the nose job, and answered my questions carefully, the cost of the surgery was not expensive.
