Ipod Nano, White screen!

Hi,
I had some problem with my ipod, it shows only white screen. I can still play the songs and transfer songs. How then? By the way, i live in sibu,sarawak and there is no ipod service store here.. please advice thanks. |

where u bought the ipod? return the ipod to the place u bought. i'm sure they will help u send to warranty.

Try to 'restart' your iPod and see , or upgrade it.

hard reset it...
might help ... ratherthan going back to the shop for them to reset it for u |

erm..
i think he says tht after pluggin in it shows the white screen... is it with the word do not disconnect? try reading thru the "simple" manual in ur box.. then if tht is stil insufficient... visit.. http://www.apple.com/support/ipod101/ |
