Currently theres only 1 Master league in SEA I believe and only 29 are in it.. that shows how dead SEA is.. But I might be wrong.. Is anyone else in another Master league?

From Malaysia to Korea/Taiwan our latency shouldn't be more than 100-150 ms by right

Europe is the worst. Korea is not that good either. There are some significant delay. I guess I will still stick to SEA. Haven't start HotS yet. Just finished the campaign.

I tried before. U will leave your current division and U will need to play a match again to determine your league position. Inside the new league, all your W/L record will be renewed to 0. But MMR stays
