From Malaysia to Korea/Taiwan our latency shouldn't be more than 100-150 ms by right

Europe is the worst. Korea is not that good either. There are some significant delay. I guess I will still stick to SEA. Haven't start HotS yet. Just finished the campaign.

I tried before. U will leave your current division and U will need to play a match again to determine your league position. Inside the new league, all your W/L record will be renewed to 0. But MMR stays
