Ianya seperti darurat waktu ribut banjir New Orleans dahulu- tentera USA ambil alih bukan lagi polis tempatan)

Y Military use commercial airlines.
Nothing wrong with outsourcing it to the airlines company.
C-130 would not be efficient enough to carry all the equipment + troops.
So the best way is use those airlines planes since we don't have A330MRTT like the Australia.
Also we need to fully utilize whatever resource we have to get deploy quickly and efficiently.
Hope these clarify the question asked.
what is A330MRTT "Multi Role Tanker Transport"
it can do air2air refueling for the Jet fighter at the same time it can do transportation jobs for the military.
ain't cheap

Seorang lagi pengganas berjaya dibunuh ketika cuba "ambush" pasukan forensik.

1. Saya tahu agensi perisikan Singapura, Indonesia, Filiphina dan Amerika Syarikat (AS) telah menarik nafas panjang apabila melihat kejayaan Malaysia khususnya Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) dan Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM) dalam mengerakkan operasi bersama (Joint operation) sehingga berjaya melumpuhkan pengganas-pengganas Sulu yang telah menceroboh kedaulatan negara.
MALAYSIA BUKTIKAN KEUPAYAAN MELAKSANAKAN JOINT OPERATION

Interestingly enough, Pehin Jamil Umar writing in his book, Tarsilah Brunei II: Period of Splendour and Fame (2007), countered all of the above. Pehin Jamil did not deny the fact that the Sulus were invited and promised the northern Brunei territory by Sultan Muhydin if they helped him win the civil war against Sultan Abdul Mubin. However, during the battle for Pulau Cermin, the Sulu forces who were supposed to attack the island from Pulau Keingaran and from the sea, did not do so. They were terrified by the resistance of Sultan Abdul Mubin's forces in Pulau Cermin. It was only after Sultan Muhydin had won the battle did the Sulu forces landed and took the opportunity to seize a number of war booties.
According to Pehin Jamil, Sultan Muhydin refused to cede the territories claimed by Sulu. Pehin Jamil noted that the area was only "claimed" and not "ceded", as Sir Stamford Raffles, in his book "History of Java" (1830), had noted "on the north-east of Borneo proper (Brunei) lies a very considerable territory (Sabah), the sovereignty of which has long been claimed by Sulu Government".
Pehin Jamil further noted that according to the oral tradition, Sulu continued to press their claim. In 1775, one of their chiefs came to Brunei pretending to seek fresh water. What they really wanted was to seek an audience with the Sultan regarding Sabah. However, the Sultan ordered one of the chief wazirs to see them and he threatened that if they wanted to pursue their intention, he will kill them all. The Sulus immediately left. Despite that setback, the Sulus continue to maintain their claims.
The argument that Brunei has not ceded Sabah to Sulu is supported by LR Wright in her book The Origins of British Borneo (1970). She wrote: "indeed, the legitimacy of the Sulu claim to the territory (North Borneo) is in considerable doubt partly because of the unreliability of tarsilas such as 'Selesilah', which in many cases are nothing more than written-down legends to enhance the status of the royal house which produced them.
Succeeding Sultans of Brunei have denied that northern Borneo was given to Sulu, and only the weight of Sulu tradition supports the claim. The weight of Brunei tradition challenges it".
The Sulu claim is currently resting on that treaty which was mentioned at the beginning of this article signed by Sultan Jamalalulazam of Sulu appointing Baron de Overbeck as Dato Bendahara and Raja Sandakan on 22nd January 1878. But at the beginning of this article, there is, in fact, another treaty which was signed earlier by Sultan Abdul Momin appointing Baron de Overbeck as the Maharaja Sabah, Rajah Gaya and Sandakan signed on 29th December 1877. In 1877, the Brunei Sultanate then still believed and maintained that the territory was in fact still under the control of the Brunei Sultanate.
Another interesting document is the British North Borneo Treaties Protocol of 1885 signed in Madrid, which is also known as the Madrid Protocol of 1885, a copy of which can be found on Sabah State Attorney General's website. It was signed by the British, Germany and Spain who was the predecessor government of the Philippines. The two most important articles are Article I British and Germany recognising the sovereignty of Spain over the Sulu Archipelago and Article III Spain relinquishing all claims to Borneo.

From azarimy,
I've started an FB page to suggest UTM to offer educational assistance to the children of the fallen heroes. I need your support by liking the page. Once I have enough support, I will push this to UTM administration for further action. Link Here.
I know it's probably nothing. I'm not even asking for money, nor do I have power to decide on UTM's behalf. This is just a proposal. Maybe when the upper echelon of the university sees this, they might be moved to allow it. Perhaps even give a standing offer to the children to study in UTM in the future. And since UTM have a rather large endowment funds, perhaps they could be assisted financially as well.
I saw some of the fallen warriors had children around 15-19 years old. The mothers might be worried about their future now that their fathers are gone, particularly those relying on the father as main bread earner. At least with this effort, I hope to ease the minds of the rest of our servicemen.
YOUR CHILDREN WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF.
Please support!

Aquino tells Sulu gunmen: ‘Surrender now’
MANILA: President Benigno Aquino III on Saturday urged the followers of Sultan Jamalul Kiram III to “surrender now” as he admonished them for choosing a wrong path to stake their claim on Sabah.
“If you have grievances, the path you chose was wrong,” Aquino said in a statement, a day after the more than two-week-old siege in a remote village in Lahad Datu turned deadly.
“The just, and indeed, the only correct thing for you to do is to surrender,” he said.
Twelve of the close to 200 Filipinos in Sabah and two Malaysian security personnel were killed in Friday's firefight that was reported to have ended the standoff.
The dozens of Kiram followers have been holed up on Borneo Island, surrounded by a massive Malaysian police and military cordon, since landing by boat from Mindanao to insist the area belongs to their Islamic leader.
Aquino said Manila's efforts to prevent a bloodbath had become futile as the group stayed on to press their claim to Sabah.
“To our citizens in Lahad Datu, from the very start our objective has been to avoid the loss of lives and the shedding of blood. However, you did not join us in this objective,” he said.
“Because of the path you have taken, what we have been trying to avoid has come to pass,” he said.
“To those who have influence and the capacity to reason with those in Lahad Datu, I ask you to convey this message: surrender now, without conditions.” - Philippines Daily Inquirer/ANN

IGP: No casualty among Malaysian security forces
KAMPUNG TANDUO: The Sulu armed group was totally routed by Malaysian security forces' overwhelming firepower unleashed at 7am Tuesday, police sources said.

The IGP told reporters at 11.30am that there were no casualty among the Malaysian side but the casualty numbers for the gunmen is still unknown.
The situation in all parts of east coast Sabah was described as under control by the police and the army who are on high alert at strategic locations as there have been threats of retaliation from the Sulu Sultan's followers that there would be retaliation if the Sulu intruders are defeated.
