WHY ZAKU SINGLE EYE?

if i am not mistaken, the head does contains camera/s for vision. some are more advance compared to the others. Zaku for example uses traditional view, unlike some gundam with panoramic ones, or all around view. Tieren pilot suffer a lot in the sight department. they have to rely on the HUD inside helmet as well. Must be quite uncomfortable as well.
