I have to agree with bandai on this one. Repaint version of this two version I doubt would be popular with people
from what I see so far, most gunpla online exclusive are just repaint with some small add on

Jesta cannon is most likely a normal release. Like the rezel defensor, the one with add on is the normal release whereas the repaint only is exclusives.
Like I said before, repaint version has higher possibility to be a limited release compared to add on.
