what i meant is, just the LED light gimmick implementation, that even a cheaper kit gets something pretty awesome like that not the overall build.. although of course i know the overall build, nu ver ka wins by a mile
of course the jesta vs nu ver ka was a very very loose comparison

like any other shops, when yen rate goes up, price goes up.. when yen rate goes down.. huh? what yen rate?

^ nope, not really.. some carry through for a very long time.. maybe just about RM5 difference, but they maintain for a long time, even through new and old stocks

such as gamers, actually.. whenever yen rate go up, they raise the price of their old stocks too.. like delta plus from 165 to 167 even though it's been sitting on the shelf forever

of course i'm not expecting them to do daily revisions, that's just business

however, if they follow the rise in exchange rates, one would naturally expect them to do the same if the exchange rate drops. not that i'm oblivious to the way business works, i know their aim is to maximize profits, but when they increase to say, when they got the stocks at previous 0.033x, and increase it when it increased to 0.037x (which is fair enough), but fail to reduce it when the exchange rate drops to 0.031x (let's say on new stocks, they keep to 0.037 with the excuse "it's old stocks"), that is quite unacceptable as they already got the previous 0.004x increase in old stocks, now they effectively gain another 0.006x for NEW stocks

although i question the move of making so many things exclusive.. i really don't get why they don't just make it a regular release.. they would still sell, EXCEPT MORE, since it will be in other countries too.. fans would not be mad, and they would still earn

like the crossbone X-2.. surely they had to make a new mold for the shot lance, and clearly fans were screaming for an X-2.. but there they go making it exclusive.. i don't get it at all.. why the exclusivity they'd definitely earn less

as for repaint versions.. let's just say... Zaku II, Char's, Black Tri Star, J.Ridden, etc etc

okay the first part seems reasonable.. but i thought bandai's production line would have a bigger capacity

as for the second part, i'm not convinced.. bandai has a huge fanbase outside of japan as well, and they're definitely losing out by not catering to them as much as those in japan

but the thing is, little of the overseas hobbyists' payments of that premium price goes to bandai, i believe? i would think they earn pretty much the same, a lot of the premium prices are because of shipping and handling, middle men, etc.?
