Last time I gave someone an upgrade to premium account item. Supposedly he can specify who gave him the upgrade item, then that person will get the Professor Speks. He said he specified me but I never received the Speks in the end.

It's one of the 3 time values in a windows system that programs check when they are set to expire at a certain date.

I froze the values so it permanently thinks that it's on "25 days left"

Better then downloading a Trojan infested pirate copy IMO.

Now with all these items for trade/sell, how do i know the value of each items?

I googled around but don't understand the acronym they using to value those items.

The acronym you said like example 1.33 ref

0.11 = 1 scrap metal
0.33 = 1 reclaimed metal
1.00 = 1 refined meta

so 1.33 = 1 refined metal + 1 reclaimed metal

I saw the option to sell in USD as well through Steam. How do i value it or nobody bothers with USD?

i could say basically all the items are not much big value unless those "genuine" "exclusive" things that limited drop then it is worth some of the money
