Below are the problems... this is a pm that i send to him regarding this matter
only asking him to giv me the receipt so that i can send to rma at thundermatch as he said. but after 2 weeks after i complain, i still didn't get any receipt. i even pm him but only get ok ok ok. so right now im fed-up already... what should i do.. please advise me.. thx

1. the sound port cannot be use. sound doesn't came out when using the green jack for normal speaker or headphone connector. i already d/l and install the newest driver found in msi site but also cannot hear anything. when i play movie, mp3 or anything the sound is not cameout.

2. after i install xp pro sp2 original cd installation and install all the driver found in the msi site and. the mobo will restart it self after a few minutes even if i not doing anything or the computer is idle.... the mobo will restart again and again and i cannot use it for anything.

fyi. im using p4 2.0 ghz, 256mb x 2 unit (Hyperx, Samsung, Infineon) DDR400, DDR333, New WD HDD 80GB + New 40GB, ATI9200 VGA Enlight 410 PSU.

the system is setup using default setting and the parts is not oc and only running its stock speed. all latest driver have been d/l regarding this matter but also fail to solve.

after consulting my fren at one of the supplier he says that the mobo is faulty.... and i know that the mobo is bought at enlight.. but i need to know where is the mobo is bought and i need oso the receipt so that i can claim to rma with enlight. looking at the enlight warranty sticker the mobo is bought on 2005/05 and still have warranty till 2007/05
ady talking to enlight warranty department and they ask me to claim to the shop where i bought the mobo.

for the processor i still not testing it cos right now it is at my fren place... i will try to test it by this week and will pm u ...ok

so im thinking if u can do the rma for me and give me the receipt i will keep the mobo but if not i will return back to u and get the refund....

so please pm me asap.

lol... im only want the receipt for me to claim rma.... but ady wait for 2 weeks and still no answer.... i cannot send rma without any receipt...
he said he dont know the mobo is faulty but hes the one who repairs mobo in this forum... lol...

no warranty sticker .... only enlight warranty sticker.... but the seller told me that the mobo bought at thundermatch.....

already enable it in bios/cmos but still cannot work.....


ps: the seller just pm me to say that hes still outstation... after 2 weeks.

at least the seller can pm me but... nop... still no news...

i dont care about the rm600 but at least please be responsible on what do he sell... btw he oso dont know the mobo is faulty....but he the one who repairs the mobo.. lol

so if u met wif him just tell him to pass me the receipt ok.. thx

i ady try to call him but he didnt pickup my call. i even ask my fren to settle this prob with him because my fren the ones who cod with him.
my fren oso ady call but still cannot pickup...

lol.. the question here is if i send to RMA at thundermatch(told by umikosan) and i dont hav the receipt.. can i do that.. and 1 year warranty will be over by may 2006. since all shop only cover 1 year warranty so i think better not to late to RMA. and i only got RM100 if i want refund the mobo back... which i cannot get ant 478 mobo even 2nd hand.

and he reply many pm in this forum but never giv me answer.

lol... i ady ask my fren at enlight.. they said need to send to shop coz they will only do RMA for shop.. and if i send they will send to the shop when the rma back.. and if i dont have receipt.. how i want to claim... as a proof of purchase i need to hav the receipt.
